oozze/

Whilst on our adventure to the Ikon Gallery, and after finding it, we opened, well literally pushed the doors in, to find a man opening the door to say the gallery was not open. Although he did kindly tell us about where the 'event' was being held.

After our visit to the event, we made our way to the Ikon gallery, Oozles Street (following (stalking) the same man who opened the door to us at the other gallery). Walking in looking rather drenched, we opened the lift to a strange noise.

Only to find this noise would be a highlight of the day.

As the lift higherd, so did this strange voice,

and vice versa for going down.

simple amazment.

On the first floor we were opened to Russain Artist Victor Alimpiev, and his exhibiton ''To Trample Down An Arable Land.''. His video was truely inspiring, from the imagery shown, which was followed through onto the second floor.

The images on the 2nd floor, were very inspiring, looking like pictures took randomly, capturing moments that tell 100 stories, but also create interesting discussions. Pictures that stood out to me, were the images of the (im guessing) homelessman asleep in a wheelchair, and another woman asleep in a bus stop. These images stick out to me as i find them amusing, but also very interesting as well as the thoughts going through the photographers mind at the time, but also the people around, imaging their thoughts.

Artist Semyon Faibisovich captured

these images, and created them in media such as oil paintings. His technuqie was ued beautifuly to truely capture the detail of these images.
